- These delightful boys are my grandsons. and I am one proud grandma A beautiful family photo was used for reference. They all have the most gorgeous big brown eyes Daniel and Samuel are identical twins, but were born premature; both with major health problems. But with the devotion of their parents, plus the Dr’s and nurses they have reached a miraculous milestone in their lives and are now just 1 years old. Little Daniel at 1 month old, had to have a tracheotomy, there for has not grown quite as much as his twin brother I decided to show Daniel with his tracheotomy in place rather than use artist licence to remove it. Samuel with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes, looks pensively at the camera, chewing on his lower lip. Whilst Daniel has a slightly more serious look. And rounding off the family portrait with pride of place is Rowan, happy to be the their big brother
